Cedar Hollow Vacation Homes - Reservation, Rates and Rules Information

RESERVATIONS:

Address is PO Box 913, Leakey, Texas, 78873 for mailing deposits. Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible as the Frio Canyon is an extremely popular vacation spot.

RATES:

Yellow House - $250.00/night - maximum number of occupants - 6
White House - $150.00/night - maximum number of occupants - 4
Deposit is first night’s rental

Weekly Rates:
    Yellow House - $1,500.00 with $750.00 deposit
    White House - $900.00 with $450.00 deposit

Deposits:
    Checks or money orders only. Deposits are due 1 week after reservation is made. If deposit is not received within that time frame, we may be unable to hold the reservation for you. If we are unable to hold the reservation, your deposit will be returned when/if it is received. If you cannot keep your reservation, your deposit will be returned if we receive your cancellation at least 30 days in advance of your reservation date. If we receive your notice less than 30 days in advance of your reservation date, we will be unable to return your deposit.

Method of Payment:
    Cash or money orders only. Remainder of rental plus 6 % state motel tax on total rental is due at time of check-in. For Yellow House motel tax is $15.00 per day and $90.00 per week for a weekly rental. For White House motel tax is $9.00 per day and $54.00 per week for a weekly rental.

Check-In: 2:00 p.m.
Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.

HOUSE RULES

FIRE REGULATIONS:

Due to the drought in our area, there is a burn ban in our County. Be extremely careful - smoke only on the porch and put cigarettes out in the sand pots provided, DO NOT USE THE FIREPLACE (it is unsafe) - keep fire contained in the BBQ pit. NO FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED.

GENERAL:

• Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• No smoking inside the house.
• No parking in grass in front of house.
• Do not use BBQ pit on the porch.
• No weapons or firearms of any kind allowed on property.
• No public intoxication, offensive language or behavior, or loud music tolerated at any time.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:

All house occupants agree to protect, indemnify, save, and hold Cedar Hollow Vacation Rentals harmless, including its officers, agents, and employees from and against all claims, demands, suits, and actions for damages to property, ours or others, or to injury (including death) to any person or persons, arising or in any way stemming from our visit to property owned by Cedar Hollow Vacation Rentals. All house occupants must sign.
